Please note that you must have a Username to receive eAlerts. Begin by verifying that you have fully completed the eAlert enrollment process by logging into ComputerLine. After logging in, select My eAlerts and review the enrollment panel on the left side of the page to verify that the word enrolled shows next to your mobile number and/or email.
If it shows that you are not enrolled, select the enroll link and agree to the terms and conditions. Once you have enrolled, select the specific eAlerts that you would like delivered by text or email. This will complete the enrollment process for eAlerts.
If you have successfully enrolled and are still not receiving alerts, please scroll down to your eAlerts Preferences. Make sure that you have the eAlerts you wish to receive by text and/or email checked and the appropriate limits entered in the fields that request them. You will not receive an eAlert until the action has happened on your account. It can take up to 24 hours to process your enrollment for eAlerts.
To enroll within the mobile app, begin by selecting the menu icon followed by the option for eAlerts. From here select the eAlert and Notification Settings option, using the toggle on the right to enable email, text, or push eAlerts. You may then use the Manage All eAlerts option to toggle which alerts will be sent to you.
