How do I increase my Visa credit limit?
Increases to your Visa credit limit may be requested at any of our branch locations, by phone at 800-766-6828 or 248-364-4708, or by using the Apply For a Loan option located in ComputerLine®. Please note that Visa increase applications are not currently available within the mobile app.

Can I stop a payment on a Visa card?
If a purchase was made using a Visa Debit or Visa Credit Card, and the charge is valid and was authorized when your card number was given to the merchant, the payment is not considered fraudulent, and is unfortunately not able to be simply removed or stopped without first disputing the charge. We would recommend reaching out to the merchant to inquire about canceling any purchases or authorizations. If they are not able to help we can attempt to dispute the purchase on your behalf. If there are fraudulent purchases on your card, please contact us immediately.

How do I update my PIN?
You can update your PIN for a debit, ATM, or credit card in the Card Controls section of the share or loan in ComputerLine® or the OU Credit Union Mobile app. Once updated, the new PIN is effective immediately.

Card Controls can be found directly above the recent transaction history after selecting an account or loan. To access your Card Controls, click inside the white space next to the share associated with your debit, credit, or ATM card.

My card was lost/stolen, what do I do?
Report a lost/stolen visa to us by calling 248-364-4708 or 800-766-6828 during business hours. If you are calling outside of business hours contact us at 888-393-1172.

When you contact us please provide the following information regarding your last transaction: date, amount, and location. We also ask that you complete and return the Visa Fraud Affidavit.

Your lost/stolen card can be locked in ComputerLine® or the OU Credit Union Mobile app. To lock your card in ComputerLine®, select the (+) symbol to the left of your checking or Visa section. To lock your card within the mobile app, select the share associated with the card, Visa Card Controls, and enable card lock.

By locking your card, no one will be able to make purchases - including authorized card holders. Recurring transactions using this card will not be declined.

To request a replacement card, please contact us.

What is Fraud Alert Management?
Fraud Alert Management is a fraud prevention service from Visa. This system provides continual monitoring of card activity to identify and help protect your accounts against fraudulent use. When unusual spending behaviors or transactions appear on your card, you will receive a text message asking you to confirm the transaction. These text messages will come from a short code 94209 or 23618.

If the transactions are not yours, Fraud Alert Management will assist you in blocking your cards and reporting unauthorized usage.
