Yes! To set up transfers to and from another U.S. financial institution, select "Move Money" > "Pay Bills" > "Make a Transfer", click "Select an Account" in the "To" section, and then click "Add External Account". Then, you can choose to receive a verification code via text message or email. Once the code has been received and inputted, the Trustly list of participating financial institutions will appear. Choose your receiving financial institution to begin the connection process.

If your financial institution (for example: Chase, PNC, or USAA Bank) does not work with Trustly, please use the manual connection steps below. This method will require your external account and routing numbers.

1. Within Pay Bills, click Make a Transfer, choose either of the "Select an account" options, and then click "Add an External Account".

2. Request and enter the verification code.

3. Once the Trustly list appears, scroll to the very bottom and choose the "Enter Account Details" button. Then input the account information for your external account.

5. After all necessary information is entered and saved, the micro-transaction will be sent to the other financial institution to verify your account ownership, which will post there within 1-3 business days.

6. Once the micro-transaction is made, the attached four-character code can be verified within Pay Bills by navigating to "Move Money" > "Pay Bills" > click the three vertical dots (Settings) > "Make a Transfer" > "Manage Accounts" > "Verify".
