We will ask questions about your past work experience, your interest in joining OU Credit Union, share more about our culture, and answer any other questions you may have.

Depending on the role, we may request to meet with you more than once. Come prepared to speak about how you collaborate with your team, and how your unique experiences align to the mission and core values of OU Credit Union.

What are your pre-employment qualifications?
Job offers are contingent upon the successful completion of our pre-employment screening process. MSUFCU conducts credit checks as part of the pre-employment process. Reviews are treated with confidentiality and care. We look at details in reports, not credit scores. More details are covered in your initial phone interview. After the point of an offer, we also conduct a background check and drug screen.
