OU Credit Union Community Room Request

Giving back to the community is a core value at OU Credit Union, and we are proud to support a variety of local programs and organizations. Through our commitment to the community, the Credit Union offers use of our community rooms and meeting spaces as an "in-kind" donation.

To request the use of a community room or meeting space, please:
• Complete the OU Credit Union Community Room request form below.
• Visit the Community Room Tours page to view addresses of each room, virtual room tours, capacity capabilities, and a list of room amenities.

Requests operate on a 12-month rolling period. The latest date that can be requested should be 12 months from the date that you are submitting the request for. For example, a room request for August 6th, 2026 submitted on or after August 6th, 2025.

To ensure an inclusive and welcoming environment for all, events with religious, political, or personal affiliations are not permitted.

While the use of MSUFCU's community rooms is provided free of charge, a contribution to the MSUFCU Desk Drawer Foundation in return is welcome and greatly appreciated. If you'd like to make a secure credit card or ACH contribution, please click here.
