1 Must have an active checking account to be eligible for a Savings Builder account. Annual Percentage Yield (APY) effective 12/27/25. Rates subject to change at any time. The Savings Builder is a tiered rate account which pays a different dividend rate on the amount of funds in each tier. Each dividend rate will apply only to the portion of the account balance within each balance range tier and not the entire account balance. For example, if you had a daily balance of $3,000 in your Savings Builder account, you would earn the Tier 1 rate on the first $999.99, the Tier 2 rate on dollars $1,000 through $1,999.99, and the Tier 3 rate on dollars $2,000 through $3,000. The APY range for Tier 3 assumes a daily balance of $3,000. A higher daily balance will result in a lower APY being earned. The following tier rates are as of 12/27/25 and may change: Tier 1 -- 5.00% APY; Tier 2 -- 3.62% APY to 5.00% APY; and Tier 3 -- 0.98% APY to 3.62% APY. No minimum balance required to open a Savings Builder account or to earn dividends. Limit one Savings Builder account per account. Youth accounts, business accounts, Individual Retirement Accounts, and Health Savings Accounts are not eligible for a Savings Builder account. Rates are variable and may change after the account is opened. Fees may reduce earnings.


Official 2026 Savings Builder Challenge Rules and Regulations

Please read these Rules carefully. By participating in the 2026 Savings Builder Challenge you agree to these official rules and to the results of the promotion, which will be final and binding in all respects.

PROMOTION PERIOD
The 2026 Savings Builder Challenge begins at 12:00 a.m. ET 1/1/26 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET 12/31/26.

ELIGIBILITY
This promotion is open to members of OU Credit Union. Must not have closed a Savings Builder account within the last 6 months to be eligible. No purchase or transaction is necessary, nor will a purchase improve an individual's chance of winning, and there is a limit of one entry per individual. Employees and immediate family members of OU Credit Union and promotion sponsors, as well as OU Credit Union board and committee members and their immediate family members, are not eligible.

WINNER SELECTION/ODDS
Winner(s) will be drawn within 10 business days of 12/31/26 by OU Credit Union Marketing department, whose decision is final. Chances of winning are based on the number of entries received. For example, if 1,000 entries qualify and there are 26 winners, then the chance of winning is 26 in 1,000. Winner(s) will be notified by email or phone and has 5 business days to respond. Failure to respond within 5 business days will result in the selection of a new winner. Winner must sign a release and consent form. A winners list will be made available upon request for any request submitted within 6 months of the end of the promotion. Please see our contact information below.

HOW TO ENTER
To enter, member must have an active OU Credit Union Checking account, open a Savings Builder account and deposit at least $100 between 1/1/26 and 1/31/26. To remain in the Challenge, member must deposit at least $100 each month throughout the year and have a balance minimum of $1,200 on 12/31/26. Only one entry per participant will be accepted. Alternatively, you may send a 3-inch by 5-inch card with the sweepstakes name and your name, address, phone number, and email address to: OU Credit Union 2026 Savings Builder Challenge, ATTN: Marketing department, 3777 West Rd., East Lansing, MI 48826-9946.

OU Credit Union is not responsible or liable for:
• Lost, late, illegible, mutilated, or misdirected entries,
• Entries not received in time for the selection of the winner,
• Technical hardware or software needed to enter,
• Lost or unavailable network connections that impair or prevent entry, or
• Failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions that may limit a user's ability to participate in this promotion.

PRIZES AND ACTUAL RETAIL VALUES
There will be 26 prizes of $100 each randomly drawn from members that have successfully completed the Savings Builder Challenge. Completing the Savings Builder Challenge is defined as: opening the Savings Builder account in January 2026, adding a cumulative of $100 per month for 12 consecutive months, and retaining a minimum balance of $1,200 in the Savings Builder account at the end of the promotional period. Prizes may not be substituted or transferred except at the discretion of OU Credit Union. OU Credit Union is not responsible for the winner's receipt or use of the prize and has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize including, but not limited to, its quality or availability. Liability for any applicable federal, state, or other taxes, or any other costs, will be the sole responsibility of the winner and no prize will be awarded without receipt of the proper legal paperwork as determined by OU Credit Union.

GENERAL RELEASE FORM
Each winner must sign a release form agreeing:
• To all terms and conditions related to this promotion.
• To allow OU Credit Union, unless prohibited by law, to use his/her name, city and state of residence, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising trade and/or any other purposes in any media now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission, or notification. All images are the exclusive property of OU Credit Union.
• That aforementioned parties and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives, and agents shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury, or damage to entrant or any other person or entity. This includes personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property due to the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize and any travel or travel-related activity thereto or participation in this promotion.


GENERAL CONDITIONS
OU Credit Union reserves the right to modify, suspend, and terminate this promotion for any reason, including but not limited to viruses, bugs, nonauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of OU Credit Union, that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or intended procedures of the promotion. In case of suspension or termination, a notice will be posted, and, at OU Credit Union's discretion, winners will be selected from eligible nonsuspect entries received before the event was suspended or terminated. OU Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it suspects that his/her actions affect the integrity of the promotion or if the entrant fails to remain in good standing with OU Credit Union. This promotion cannot be combined with any other Savings Builder offers.

OU Credit Union maintains the right to change or modify these rules at any time without notice. OU Credit Union is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the promotion, or in the announcement of any and all prizes.

Any legal challenge to this promotion must be filed within 6 months of the end of the promotion. Such legal challenge will be waived if not filed within such period. Participation in the promotion constitutes a participant's agreement to the 6-month limitation period.
