New Employee Training

A robust, award-winning learning program that welcomes new employees and ensures that they have the tools and resources to thrive at the Credit Union. New employees will:

• Explore our culture, core values, and mission
• Engage with individuals across the Credit Union including executive team members in a casual, comfortable environment
• Build a foundation of the organization, our systems, processes, and practices

Annual Training

Every year, employees are enrolled in curricula that include trainings tailored for their position to be completed by the end of the year. As part of the Credit Union's core value of pursue growth and development, employees learn about:

Enrichment Courses
