To access Pay Bills via the mobile app, you will need an open checking account and the latest app version.
If you have not utilized Pay Bills before or have not since July of 2024, the Terms & Conditions for Pay Bills will need to be accepted by following the steps below:
1. Log into your account on www.oucreditunion.org.
2. Navigtate to to MoveMoney℠ then Pay Bills.
3. Review the Terms & Conditions and scroll down to click Accept if you would like to proceed with usage of the service.
4. You will then be navigated into Pay Bills, where you will have the options of setting up Billers (typically external lenders or utilities), Contacts (to pay individuals electronically by using their phone number or email address) and Make a Transfer (where you can link your external checking or savings account to make incoming or outgoing transfers to your checking account).
5. Please note that after you have agreed to the Terms & Conditions for Pay Bills, you may switch back to our Mobile app and proceed with using Pay Bills in the app if that is your preferred platform.
