What does the hiring and interviewing process look like?

1. Phone Interview with Talent Acquisition

We will ask questions about your past work experience, your interest in joining OU Credit Union, share more about our culture, and answer any other questions you may have.

2. Credit Check

3. Virtual or In-Person Interview(s) with Talent Acquisition and the Hiring Manager

Depending on the role, we may request to meet with you more than once. Come prepared to speak about how you collaborate with your team, and how your unique experiences align to the mission and core values of OU Credit Union.

4. Final Employment Decision

5. Pre-Employment Background Check & Drug Screen
