OU Credit Union Gameday Sneaker Giveaway Fine Print - 25/26
1 The Gameday Sneaker Giveaway begins at 12:00 A.M. ET 12/2/25 and ends at 11:59 P.M.
ET 2/6/26. To enter, participants must be enrolled at Oakland University for the 2025-26
academic year and complete an online form at oucreditunion.org/sneakergiveaway. One (1)
winner will be selected for each of the following three (3) Oakland University 2025-2026
home basketball games - vs Michigan State on 12/20/25, vs IU Indianapolis on 1/21/26,
and vs Youngstown State on 2/12/26. Each winner will receive one pair of shoes from a
preselected list or equal value deposited into their Grizzly Saver account. The approximate
retail value of each prize is between $80 and $110. The initial drawing will be conducted on
or about 12/9/25. Subsequent random drawings will be conducted on or about three (3)
business days prior to the next home game, per the dates listed above. All winners will be
selected in random drawings conducted from among all eligible entries received at of the
time of the drawing. Entries not selected in any drawing will be retained for subsequent
drawings until the end of the sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by phone or email and
have two (2) business days to respond to OU Credit Union. Failure to respond by the end of
the second business day will result in the selection of a new winner. During the winner
notification phone calls, the selected individual must confirm his/her eligibility and
indicate his/her willingness and ability to travel to the OU Credit Union branch in the
Oakland Center. Winners must sign an OU Credit Union release form for OU Credit Union
to use the winner's name for purposes of advertising and promotion on behalf of OU Credit
Union without further compensation. A selected winner who does not meet the eligibility
requirements will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be randomly selected and
notified as per the procedures outlined above. Winners will be randomly selected by MSU
Federal Credit Union's Marketing and Internal Audit departments. The odds of winning any
drawing depends on the number of eligible entries received for that drawing. Winner must
sign a release and consent form to receive prize. The Credit Union provides no warranty
relative to prize. Prize may not be substituted or transferred except at the discretion of the
Credit Union. Winner is responsible for applicable taxes and costs related to use of prize.
Employees, Board members, and Supervisory Committee members of the Credit Union
and a^iliated CUSOs, and any promotion sponsors, are not eligible. No purchase
necessary to enter, nor will a purchase improve chance of winning. A winners list will be
