PROMOTION PERIOD
The OU Credit Union Your Refund Plus Some Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. ET 2/1/26 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET 4/30/26.

ELIGIBILITY
No purchase or transaction is necessary, and there is a limit of one entry per account for refund direct deposits. Employees and immediate family members of OU Credit Union and contest sponsors, as well as OU Credit Union board and committee members and their immediate family members, are not eligible.

WINNER SELECTION/ODDS
Winner will be drawn 5/11/26 by the OU Credit Union Internal Audit department, whose decision is final. Chances of winning are based on the number of entries received. If 1,000 entries are submitted, chances of winning are 1 in 1,000. Winner will be notified by email and/or phone and have 5 business days to respond. Failure to respond in 5 business days will result in the selection of a new winner. Winner must sign a release form to receive prize.

HOW TO ENTER
To enter, you must have your IRS Federal Tax Return deposited to your OU Credit Union checking or savings account using direct deposit. Direct Deposit must come from the Federal Treasury and is for Federal tax returns only. State tax returns do not qualify for the Your Refund, Plus Some promotion. Or, if an OU Credit Union 1040EZ Loan is applied for and approved between 2/1/26 and 4/30/26, member will be entered into the drawing. An additional entry into the drawing is awarded if member opens a new Savings BuilderSM account during the promotional period of 2/1/26 - 4/30/26. The direct deposit and 1040EZ Loan entry cannot be combined; member is allowed one or the other form of entry. A Savings Builder can only be used as a second entry after a direct deposit of Federal Tax Return or approved 1040EZ Loan dispersal. Opening a Savings Builder alone does not qualify as an entry into the drawing. Savings Builders are limited to one Savings Builder per account. If member had closed a Savings Builder within the previous 6 months, opening a new Savings Builder during this promotion will not qualify for a second entry. Alternatively, you may enter by sending a 3-inch by 5-inch card with your name, address, phone number, email address, and promotion name to: OUCredit Union, ATTN: Marketing, 3777 West Rd., East Lansing, MI 48826-9946.

PRIZES AND ACTUAL RETAIL VALUES
The prize package is valued at $1,000.

Prizes may not be substituted or transferred. OU Credit Union is not responsible for:
• Lost, late, illegible, mutilated, or misdirected entries
• Entries not received in time for the selection of the winner
• Technical hardware or software
• Lost or unavailable network connections
• Failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions that may limit a user's ability to participate in this contest

Liability for any applicable federal, state, or other taxes will be the sole responsibility of the winner and no prize will be awarded without receipt of the proper legal paperwork as determined by OU Credit Union.

GENERAL RELEASE FORM
Each winner must sign a release form agreeing:
• To allow OU Credit Union, unless prohibited by law, to use his/her name, city and state of residence, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising trade and/or any other purposes in any media now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission, or notification. All images are the exclusive property of OU Credit Union.
• That aforementioned parties and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives, and agents shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury, or damage to entrant or any other person or entity. This includes personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property due to the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize and any travel or travel-related activity thereto or participation in this promotion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
OU Credit Union reserves the right to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this contest should viruses, bugs, nonauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of OU Credit Union, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the contest. In case of suspension or termination, a notice will be posted, and, at OU Credit Union's discretion, winners will be selected from eligible nonsuspect entries received before the event was suspended or terminated. OU Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if his/her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the contest or fails to remain in good standing with OU Credit Union.

OU Credit Union maintains the right to change or modify these rules at any time without notice. OU Credit Union is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest, or in the announcement of any and all prizes. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and to the decisions of the results of the contest, which will be final and binding in all respects.

Any legal challenge to this promotion must be filed within 6 months of the end of the promotion. Such legal challenge will be waived if not filed within such period. Participation in the promotion constitutes a participant's agreement to the 6-month limitation period.

ADDITIONAL ENTRY WITH A SAVINGS BUILDER
One additional entry -- as a second entry -- is awarded when a Savings Builder account is added to the member account during the promotional period. Opening a Savings Builder alone does not qualify as an entry into the drawing. If member had closed a Savings Builder within the previous 6 months, opening a new Savings Builder during this promotion will not qualify for a second entry. Each member account is limited to one Savings Builder per account. Must have an active checking account to be eligible for a Savings Builder account. Annual Percentage Yield (APY) of 5.00% APY is Tier 1 and effective 1/1/26. The Savings Builder is a tiered rate account which pays a different dividend rate on the amount of funds in each tier. Each dividend rate will apply only to the portion of the account balance within each balance range tier and not the entire account balance. The following tier rates are as of 1/1/26 and may change: Tier 1 - 5.00% APY; Tier 2 - 3.62% APY to 5.00% APY; and Tier 3 - 0.98% APY to 3.62% APY. Rates subject to change at any time. For example, if you had a daily balance of $3,000 in your Savings Builder account, you would earn the Tier 1 rate on the first $999.99, the Tier 2 rate on dollars $1,000 through $1,999.99, and the Tier 3 rate on dollars $2,000 through $3,000. The APY range for Tier 3 assumes a daily balance of $3,000. A higher daily balance will result in a lower APY being earned. No minimum balance required to open a Savings Builder account or to earn dividends. Limit one Savings Builder account per account. Youth accounts, business accounts, Individual Retirement Accounts, and Health Savings Accounts are not eligible for a Savings Builder account. Rates are variable and may change after the account is opened. Fees may reduce earnings.
