How can I stop a payment?

We are unable to stop electronic payments once they have processed. Any edits to a scheduled transaction can be made before 4 p.m. EST.

If you need to place a Stop Payment on a check, please contact us via Live Chat, eMessage, or by phone at 248-364-4708 for further assistance.

The fee to Stop Payment on a check is $25.
