What should I do if someone uses multiple pronouns, such as she/they?

Many folks who use multiple pronouns are fine with either set being used. For others, it varies based on context. Pronouns are personal and there isn't any one consensus on how to use them. You may wish to gently ask them the best way to respect their pronouns.
