The Visa Debit Card has no charges for US based transactions. There are unlimited transactions and the funds are debited from your checking account.
When traveling internationally or when making online purchases from another country, transactions on debit and credit cards are subject to international service charges. The charges for signature-based credit transactions and PIN-based debit transactions are 3% and 1% respectively. Please note that the transactional charges are waived if you use your Platinum Plus or Signature Visa.
When you use an ATM not within the CO-OP network or not owned by us, a $1.00 out-of-network ATM charge is assessed along with any charges that are charged by the financial institution that owns the ATM. Please note international ATMs typically only recognize checking accounts and there is a $1,000 USD daily withdrawal limit for ATMs.
