If your transaction was initially authorized by you with your Visa card, the payment is not considered fraudulent and is unable to be simply removed unless a dispute is processed. Before processing a dispute, we must allow the merchant 30 days to provide the product or service or 15 days to provide an agreed upon refund.
We recommend first reaching out to the merchant directly to inquire about canceling any purchases or authorizations, or to request a refund.
If the merchant is not able to help we can attempt to dispute the purchase on your behalf. If there are fraudulent purchases on your card, please contact us immediately.
