Why was I not automatically approved for a Flex Loan?
Members are required to meet certain requirements to be auto-approved for a Flex Loan which include being an OU Credit Union Member for at least 6 months, as well as having direct deposit of payroll into your Credit Union account. Even if a member meets these two requirements, the auto approval process looks at other items such as credit score, and payment history. These loans are reviewed by an OU Credit Union Representative if the member was not auto approved, to ensure that we are making the best possible decision on the members' behalf.
