Attempted Fraud - Read How to Protect Your Information

The safety and security of your financial information is of the utmost importance to OU Credit Union. There has been an increase of scams recently where an actor, posing as a credit union representative, is reaching out to members saying there were attempted uses of their cards and asking for a verification code they've been sent.

We will never ask for any verification code over the phone.

If this happens please do not give out any information and contact OU Credit Union by either calling 248-364-4708, securely live chat or video chat, or head into your local OU Credit Union branch to clear up any issues.
