What do I need to do in the event of the passing of a Primary/Joint?

The Credit Union extends condolences for your loss. To proceed with the necessary updates to the account, please contact us. When available, please submit a copy of the death certificate to any branch, the eMessage Center, fax to 866-374-2123 or by mail to:
