There are multiple ways to opt out of receiving eAlerts. You can text the word STOP to (OU Credit Union) 678328 to stop receiving all text message eAlerts. A message will return with the different categories you can opt-out of, reply STOP corresponding category number. You will receive a text message a few minutes later confirming you have opted out of receiving eAlerts.

You may also opt-out in ComputerLine®. Select the My eAlerts icon, followed by the unenroll option next to your mobile number and/or email on the left side of the page. A message will pop-up once you have successfully opted-out.
