1 OU Credit Union Visa Signature cardholders will receive double cash back on all eligible Visa Signature transactions with a transaction date between 12/13/25, 12:01 a.m. EST, and 12/14/25, 11:59 p.m. EST. Cardholders will earn 6% cash back on groceries; 4% cash back on gas, travel (airlines, hotels, motels, resorts, taxi/limo, and car rental) and universities; and 2% cash back on all other purchases for every one U.S. dollar ($1) in eligible net purchases made on their Visa Signature Credit Cards, rounded to the nearest whole dollar. Transactions must post to the account by 12/23/25 to receive double cash back. To qualify, member must access CashBack+ Actions in ComputerLine or the OUCU Mobile app and activate the Double Cash Back Action by 12/12/25. Member must activate their Visa Signature card by 12/10/25 to receive the Action. The standard cash back value will be deposited into the member's Cash Back Rewards wallet in their Visa account through the usual process. The promotional cash back will be deposited in the member's CashBack+ wallet by 1/15/26. Cash back is not earned on tax payments, any unauthorized charges or transactions, cash advances, convenience checks, balance transfers, or fees of any kind. Account must be in good standing to redeem cash back. Returns result in the loss of cash back equal to amount returned. Negative cash back rewards will post on a statement if returns or credits exceed purchases. Cash back credits may be considered taxable and reported on applicable IRS Forms. Certain restrictions, limitations, and exclusions apply. Employees, Board members, Supervisory Committee members of the Credit Union and affiliated CUSOs, and any promotion sponsors, are not eligible for the promotional cash back payout.

2 CashBack+ Actions are available to all OUCU members who maintain an active account in good standing. To participate, members must activate each Action through the CashBack+ widget prior to completion. To earn cash back rewards, member must fulfill the requirements of each specified Action within the designated timeframe. Detailed descriptions of available Actions and their respective requirements will be provided in the CashBack+ widget. Upon successful verification of completed Actions, cash back rewards will be credited to the member's CashBack+ wallet on a monthly basis. Reward amounts will vary depending on the specific Action completed. Actions will be displayed in the CashBack+ widget as they become available. Please note that there may be times when no Actions are listed. Each Action will include an expiration date; Actions must be completed before this date in order to qualify for rewards. Cash back rewards may be subject to taxation and could be reported on applicable IRS forms. Members may choose to transfer their rewards to an OU Credit Union account or redeem them for select digital gift card offers.
