How do I set up access to ComputerLine® and the mobile app?
You will need your OU Credit Union username (or base account number if you have not yet set up a username) and a temporary ComputerLine® password to sign in. When you open your account, your account number and temporary password are automatically mailed or provided to you.
To sign in the first time, you will need to locate your base account number. Your full account number consists of two parts: your base account number and the Share ID. For example, if your account number is 1234567, and 83 is your two-digit Share ID designating your checking account, then 123456783 indicates your checking account number. If you have paper checks, the bottom line includes include the MSUFCU routing number, 272479663, as well as the check number, and your account number including the Share ID of your checking account.
To sign in the first time, you will need to use your base account number without your Share ID nor any proceeding zeroes.
